Why: Online Training

As a detail-oriented perfectionist when it comes to dog training, I believe online training is critically important and that's why it's a required component of our board and train packages. 

Why?

• Online training requires you to record yourself. If you think you're doing everything right and "why is your dog not getting it"? Videorecord yourself. It's a humbling experience and it's the only way to know if we are training as best as we can. I do it all the time to learn from my own errors!
• Video recording allows you to clearly define: What worked well and what did not? What actually caused stress vs what created happy enthusiastic focus?
• Online training allows you to focus on smaller, achievable goals and allows for faster instructor feedback. This is, without a doubt, the most efficient way to change behavior - for people and for animals!
• Online training holds you accountable and keeps a video diary of progress. Being able to see how far you've come is a critical component of ongoing behavior change
